IGL Holdings is a Georgia-based lead generation and customer acquisition company for service businesses, automotive sales contacts, dealerships, and other approved lead buyers. This notice explains how we collect and use information submitted through this website, landing pages, Meta or Facebook lead forms, contact forms, vehicle-shopping requests, and related lead workflows.

Information We Collect

  • Business contact details, including company name, contact name, email, phone, website, service category, geography, and message content.
  • Consumer lead details when a public lead form is used, including name, email, phone, ZIP code, service interest, consent status, and submitted notes.
  • Vehicle-shopping details when an automotive lead form is used, including vehicle type, new or used interest, trade-in interest, shopping timeline, preferred follow-up method, and related request details.
  • Operational metadata such as source page, referrer, campaign parameters, device/browser information, approximate IP-derived security logs, and submission timestamps.
  • Cookie preference choices for essential, analytics, and marketing categories when the cookie preference tool is shown.

How We Use Information

  • To review whether a business is a fit for a lead generation program.
  • To respond to inquiries, route qualified leads, support customer intake, vehicle-shopping follow-up, and manage delivery or credit requests.
  • To measure campaign and landing page performance, protect against spam or duplicate submissions, and improve site operations.
  • To maintain records needed for consent, billing, dispute handling, security, legal, and compliance purposes.
  • To maintain suppression, opt-out, Do Not Call, and complaint records where needed to prevent unwanted contact.

Sharing and Lead Delivery

We may share submitted lead information with reviewed service providers, automotive sales contacts, dealerships, CRM platforms, email providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, or operational vendors when needed to respond to a request, deliver a lead, manage the business relationship, or operate the site. We do not claim that every lead is exclusive unless a written agreement says so.

When a consumer lead form identifies a specific lead recipient, we keep records of the recipient, source page, consent language, and submission timestamp to support routing review, suppression, and dispute handling.

Automotive Lead Requests

If you submit a vehicle-shopping request, your information may be used to help a reviewed dealership or automotive sales contact follow up about vehicle options, appointment timing, trade-in interest, or related next steps. Vehicle availability, pricing, incentives, trade-in value, appointment availability, financing terms, and sales terms are confirmed by the dealership or sales contact. Submitting a form does not guarantee approval, payment terms, financing, vehicle availability, or purchase eligibility.

Cookies and Tracking

The site uses essential storage for security, session, and preference functionality. Analytics and marketing tags should only be enabled after the user has made a preference choice and after those tools are configured. Cookie preferences are stored locally in the browser and can be reset by clearing site data.

The cookie preference tool currently stores choices in the visitor's browser local storage under an IGL Holdings consent key. It does not create a customer profile by itself.

Consent, Calls, Texts, and Email

Forms are designed to avoid pre-checked consent and to capture source information. Businesses that call, text, or email leads are responsible for following applicable TCPA, telemarketing, Do Not Call, CAN-SPAM, state privacy, and vertical-specific requirements. IGL Holdings retains consent-related records to support operational review and dispute handling.

You may ask us not to contact you, or ask that your email address or phone number be placed on an internal suppression list. We may retain suppression records to help honor opt-out and Do Not Call requests.

Security and Retention

We use administrative, technical, and operational safeguards intended to protect business and lead data. No online system is perfectly secure. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for business, consent, compliance, dispute, security, or legal purposes.
